DELIVERY
All oredrs received by Spycawarehouse are despatched using UPS. We do NOT charge for delivery. Orders are
despatched during the standard working
week, Monday to Friday, excluding government and public holidays.
Orders received before 12 noon (EST) will be despatched the same working day. Customers should allow two working days for delivery of their order
It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and the risk of loss during transit is assumed by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Once you have confirmed your order, the process cannot be reversed. You must
wait for delivery of the order and if you then want to return the goods you must follow the returns policy outlined below.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased we will give a full refund provided you get approval before returning the goods. All products are thoroughly tested before being despatched so it is only in exceptional circumstances that a product will not function correctly.

All products are made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled. As stated clearly above, products can only be returned when approval from spycamwarehouse is granted and the goods have been damaged during transit.
Orders / product returned to spycamwarehouse are charged a 25% restocking charge with the cost of returning the goods the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM SPYCAMWAREHOUSE
Before the refund is issued spycamwarehouse must have a record of the transaction on it's system and the product(s) must be in it's original condition, including packaging / Box, original UPC bar code with all accessories. If any
items are missing from a returned order the value of those items will be deducted from the refund.
Where spycamwarehousehave delivered the wrong item the correct item will be sent at no cost to the customer.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of a product after receiving approval from spycamwarehouse. If you choose not to insure your packet when returing an order , it is the customers responsibility.
Please allow 14 days from the
date of your return been accepted into the spycamwarehouse facility to a credit been issued. During that time the condition of the returned goods will be asessed and deductions made for any damage or shortages in the order returned.
