Spycamwarehouse are online retailers of security products and in no circumstances or event will the company or any of it's employees , directors, agents or distributors be held responsible or liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
Errors on Website
Spycamwarehouse at all times tries to ensure that the information on it's website is accurate in all respects. In some cases an error may occur and
inaccurate information such as a priceor product descrition maybe posted on the site.
In such circumstances spycamwarehouse reserves the right to amend the incorrect information at any time. If an order has been placed and the product information displayed at the time the order was placed is incorrect the order may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Best Birthdays by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
