PAYMENT

All major credit cards are accepted as a form of payment as well as Paypal and American Express. Cash, Wire transfers and money orders are also accepted.


SALES TAX

Spycamwarehouse conducts business mainly throughout the USA. The sales tax applied to your order will be the applicable State and local tax, if any. The tax rate applied will be based on the address to which the order is shipped. For example orders shipped to Florida will incur a tax rate of 7%.


ORDER DESPATCH

Orders are despatched Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. To avail of our next day delivery (Express Air Service) orders must be placed before 2pm Eastern time. All other orders will be shipped within two business days of receipt of order

The customer assumes all risk of loss for shipped products. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. The customer is responsible for supplying a full, complete and accurate address.


REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

For un-authorised returns the following charges will apply

1. Refused Packages : 15%

2. Undeliverable Packages: 15%

3. Returns: 25%

The fees outlined above are NON - NEOGOTIABLE


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an online order is placed we will be unable to issue any refund until you receive your order and then return it to us.

If you are not satisfied with the product you order it may be returned in accordance with our returns and refund policy.


RETURNS POLICY

We want customers to be fully satisfied with the products they receive and the following returns policy is operated.

In order to prevent fraudulent activity and transactions, all returns, refunds and exchanges must be approved. All products are tested before shipping.

Products are specifically made for customer orders and can only be return if damaged during shipping. All returns must be authorised before the product is returned. A replacement, refund or credit will be issued at the discretion of the company supplying the goods.

In special cases, exceptions to the policy above may be granted. In such a case deductions will be made for shipping and a 25% restocking charge will be levied. Goods must also be returned within a seven (7) day period from date of receipt.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REFUNDS BE ISSUED FOR GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE COMPANY SUPPLYING THE ORDER.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable

All requests for refunds must be accompanied by an original receipt or record of purchase and the product must be in the same condition as when it was despatched, including the box packaging with the bar code fully identifiable.

Deductions from the amount refunded will be made for the following

1. Missing Accessories

The value of all missing accessories will be deducted from any credit issued.

2. Promotional Items

If items are purchased as part of a promotional package a refund will only be issued if all components of the promotional package are returned. If one item or more components of a promotionalpackage are defective then a refund will be issued for the defective items.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. If you do not insure the item you are returning then any loss or damage to that item is the responsibility of the customer.

When the return is accepted, checked and full compliance with the returns policy is verified a refund will be issued to your credit card or a refund cheque sent.

Please allow 14 days from receipt of the return into the warehouse for the refund to be issued. Deductions for missing components and accesories will be made.


WEBSITE ERRORS

Spycamwarehouse is a comprehensive site selling spy cam and related security equipment. Despit our best efforts there maybe cases where information is incomplete or inaccurate. This may include information about the product's price and / or availability. We do not guarantee that all information on our site is 100% accurate.

We reserve the right to make amendments to our site at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or amend an order if it was placed on the basis of inaccurate information, even if the order has been confirmed and the customers credit card charged.


DAMGED GOODS

Under no cicumstances or events will the company supplying the products on this site, it's owners, employees, directors or related companies be liable for, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, ibirect or other special damages including but not limited to loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.


PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Products are sold with a limited warranty, or software licence provided by a third party manufacturer or sellor. All products and software sold without a warranty or licence is sold "as is" without warranty.

The warranty will not apply to any goods that have been misused, mistreated, neglected or modified. The warranty is also null and void when

1. The product has been accidently damaged

2. Soldered or altered during assembly

3. Goods which are not capable of been tested.

The company selling the goods shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise including, but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise. Please refer to the manufacturer's or vendor's warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. The products we sell are not authorized for use as critical components in human implantable devices, or life support devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a human implantable device, a life support device or system, whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the implant, life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness.

Some states do not allow exclusion of or limitations on implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and effect.


LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS

It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Spycamwarehouse.com), to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any items listed on this web site. Consult an attorney or law enforcement professional, regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111 18 U.S.C., Section 2511. You agree that the use of GPS products are for personal location based data retrieval only. It is illegal to track someone without approval or use any tracking product in any vehicle that is not legally owned by the tracking system operator. The user of our GPS systems agrees to hold SPYGEAR4U, INC. harmless for any damage, injury or loss caused through the use of our gps products.
