This is an actual surveillance camera in outdoor housing that has been modified into a "dummy" or fake security camera. This unit is the same has our model DCOH which does not contain a flashing light. We have also added a flashing LED light to this model because many of our customers wanted to be sure that the camera could be seen at night. Great security for parking lots or near the front door of a home, store, or business.
